You've captured the action very well, you can clearly see the movement of the bubbles, and the focus is very clearly set on your cousin. The quality of the photo is very sharp, and the colours are deep and rich, and it's a very good photo.

Pretty nice photo. Though you should watch your highlights and shadows, the sky in the background is blown out as well as some spots on her face, and the right side gets a little dark. The movement of the bubbles is very nice though as James said.

That would make a great stock photo, excellent composition, nice use of focus, and I like the movement of the bubbles.

Only con, her eyes, the pupil looks like it's looking at the camera and not the bubbles.

    She's very cute.

    Very cute cousin.

I really liked the quality, and the movement capture was great.

Damnit Yadda, you pointed out a flaw and now I can't miss it.

Yeah, Yadda is right the pupil looks wierd, but you can't control that.

A funny pupil is more important than blown out highlights?

    Thanks.

And guys, she laughed and said thanks when I told her that you said she's cute :P
Of course she is very cute, every young child is : )

Very good photo, i'm very surprised you got such a beautiful one. As Yadda said, i agree, although I think making her face a litter brigter, only a bit, would make the image all around look sharper and more like day-time morning or evening : )

Good job, i would like to see you take more photo's and stop with trying to draw doodles in flash :l

Very nice photo, you can see all the movements and the quality is soo good. How many megapixels does your camera have? Mine has 8.
