The mouth is really out of proportion to the nose on the first one. The angles look better in the second one. Your drawings look quite simple but generally well done, I think you've captured the expression in the second picture quite well. Overall, not bad!

Very good work man. This is incredible for a first try at drawing people. (My first tries ate shit lol.)

The nose, lips, eyes and hair (especially the hair) look really good. Your shading could use a little work though and perhaps use more of it. The hair could have some darker lines going through it to add detail. Other than that these are awesome!

    Not bad at all man

Try using thinner and more lines, that can give you the opportunity to have more detail without drawing too much attention to it. basically, try to sketch more, it will make it more realistic.

Draw lines where you see them, not where they look like they should be. It's hard to get used to doing because it will look odd at first, but when you finish and the whole thing comes together it will look much better. The only issue that I see is that the angles don't line up. In the first one, the nose is tipped to the side, but the lips look straight on. You should definitely follow Cavolia's advice and start with many thin lines, and then erase, adjust, and darken as necessary.

Don't focus on the lines, focus on the shapes instead and try to visualize the planes the shadows and highlights create. Right now you're just drawing flat images, you need to make them stand out, faces aren't flat. Tbh, drawing is all about patience. Don't simplify anything, draw exactly what you see, it might take a while but the end results are always better.
