Going to jail for things like this.

Honestly, if it were up to me they would have received maximum sentence. But really?
People STILL do these kind of things?
This isn't really a rant thread, what I really want to know is this kind of stuff really going
    on?

Well, I don't really know if it's something to debate about but damn, they could of sent her to hospital and prayed. It's a bit selfless, knowing that there is a more certain way of getting help in my opinion.

Extremes never work, but people seem to have a hard time understanding that.

So the parents pray instead of taking the girl to the hospital? Is that what is going on? Damn religion.

I honestly don't know what this world has come to anymore.

Well I guess when you are brainwashed for your entire life you cant make a sane decision in a second... And I guess every priest, bishop, archbishop etc. is going to say that they did the right thing.

I know some people who were brain washed their whole lives, but they still make
VERY sane decisions. Just because you were raised as a religious person doesn't make
you insane. Just makes you a bit loopy.

    Wait what?

Xenomorph: It was a satirical statement intended to imply a hatred of this sort of stupidity resulting from a belief that medicine couldn't possibly heal their child more than God. A metaphor hidden in a fallacy, you could say.

Sadly.. It's true, but I'm sure if we tried hard enough. Maybe they could learn some sense, y'know?
