    Moon Colonization

Is it possible? And if it is, would it be worth the cost and maintenance? Would it be a crappy life compared to Earth?

    Re: Moon Colonization

I think terraforming is possible in theory, though I highly doubt we have the means of doing it. I'm not sure.

I don't doubt that it will happen one day at all though.

    Re: Moon Colonization

Terraforming would imply that there's something to transform. Best we'd be able to do on the moon is self-contained colonies. Not a terrible idea, but not exactly cost-effective.

Chances are we'll get to it eventually, but don't expect it anywhere in the near future. We've got a lot of Earth left, believe it or not.
