    The animation itself was okay, but there was little easing in the jump.

    Use a higher fps setting, but the animation was ok.

    Along the timeline, near the bottom, it should say "12.0 fps" or something like that. Double click it and then change it. 18, 26 and 32 are the most common i believe.

    Or, if you deselect everything, then go to the properties panel, you can change it from there.

    24 is most common for Flash, although 32 is one amazing fps where you can choose to do things in a super smooth 32, or double frame to go to 16. Ipwnall and I had a conversatio-

    Well, I like how you eased your stick, it's really huge and at a low fps, but I still see how you slowed it at the beginning and end. Jump to 18 or 24 and try to get used to it, and an easy thing to animate heads is: Do the base on one layer, then make a new layer and grab a good sized brush, zoom out a little and just click where you want the head to be in every frame. It's so the size remains consistent.
