    There okay
You have alot of patience to do flash, redrawing evry frame.
Theres a nimating program called pencil, its like animating in flash, you have to redraw every frame.

I suggest using flash's Grid tool because your sticks are very inconsistent size wise. Just keep practicing and you will get better, trust me.

I see you're are using a mouse, no?
If you want to be really good with flash, first, you're going to have to keep your lines smooth, not rigid like in the 'run thingy'; get a tablet (A tablet is a drawing pad you hook up to your computer, est. $100 or so dollars).
You are doing ok for you first time with flash, and i know the bad proportion sizes are because of your mouse. Keep it up, I'd like to see you improve!

Don't worry too much about a tablet, I know a few people who would prefer a mouse.

Don't post animations in threads that aren't yours.

Yea you need to work on size consistency, and your effects are very basic... Try and make them more complex, plus a little easing work could help.

Bullshit, you don't need a tablet to be good at flash.

Pretty cool. and I saw you even attempted a 3D kick, cool. But try to draw them more carefully so they arent that wobbly. Second, try to ease, also in flash.
