getting back into pivot a few tests

I'm just getting back into pivot for the first time in ages and did a few tests

this one is a little confusing but it's a test for a very specific scene.

okay so he starts facing left with his sword held high(obviously) he lets the sword drop until it's just about parallel to the ground. he then spins so he's facing forward while redirecting the momentum in the sword from downward motion to a horizontal swing.

I was going for a ninja type run where the legs never fully extend in the front.

this is the first run loop i've done in which the stick runs so fast and the arms suck. i think i'm really rusty in arm movement. EDIT: fixed the run a little edit: yet again

how much work do I need to shake off the rust?

The running test at the bottom was actually great!
Only flaw here is the stiffness in the body, move the head a little more and it'll be really good, now it looks laggy.

Now they are jerky. Try moving them like |-|--|---|----|---|--|-|
Your one appears like this |-|------|----|---|---|--|--|
