how do I export to GIF properly, anyway?

So I made a Pivot 2 animation. I usually have the frame rate a bit above the middle- 25 in Pivot 3.
This anim looked smooth, but when I exported it to GIF, it looks slow and lame. Please help so I can remake this, thanks!

And Jesus said unto them, "And whom do you say that I am?"

They replied, "You are the eschatological manifestation of the ground of our being, the ontological foundation of the context of our very selfhood revealed."

    And Jesus replied, "What?"
