    Just some random animation I made in 2 hours



    So what do you guys think? How can I improve?

    The best way you can improve is by moving every limb of the body in every frame. Lots of the time you make the common mistake of only moving one part at a time. Stuff like waving only requires that one limb to be moved but there are lots of movements, such as punches for example, which use the entire body. The legs will step out and the upper body will move forward with the punch.

    This is just an example though. I really like the smoothness of your animation. You have a nice understanding of frames in Pivot (the more you use, the smoother the animation).

    here's another one I worked on


    It was more smooth the first time I made it, there was aa thunderstorm yesterday and it turned the computer off without me saving it
