    that animation was smooth in movement but the joints theyre stiff thought take my advice and add a extra 3rd joint in the back

    That was smooth but I did see me jerkiness in the arms. Maybe you shouldn't make the arms so lifeless in your future animation. I saw some in his back too. This is still pretty good.

    I don't like the poses, the head should look forward more, now it just looks like he's looking up to the sky while he's kicking.
    The kicks were pretty good, the whole animation was really smooth but as said, the movements of the arms were silly and jerky and the back was really stiff in most of the animation.
    But it looks good.

    the head shakes a lot, and the movement was unreal, but nice try try making the stick fall a bit after every kick and then use the kick to make him get up again, as an impulse.

    tried to get the build up right by doubleframing and fixing the arm. If I got you right, it is just too long in the uppercut-part, right?
