    Re: Linux Ubuntu HELP

Ubuntu has like... applications built into the start bar. Firefox, GIMP (use like photoshop), Pidgin (use an MSN), and others are there. Tried it this week and quickly pulled out the live CD. Hated it.

    Re: Linux Ubuntu HELP

Firefox is already on it. It's pretty obvious too, it's right on the top bar with the Firefox icon...
If you want to install more themes, just go http://www.gnome-look.org/, download the theme, save it to your desktop, open Appearance Manager and just drag and drop the .biz file in the theme window and it should auto install. Some themes might ask you if you want to apply it now.

    Re: Linux Ubuntu HELP

As I said to many many people, you need to learn command line :P. First off get wine and see what things can run on it. But through my experience, just go to LinuxMINT. It's ubuntu with more stuff already on it and an auto installer. Also, a little more noob friendly.

Also, haha, you all just told me to stfu yet people are starting to use linux >.
