    Call of Duty 5

Well its confirmed COD5 is going back to its roots, World War II style.

Not sure that, "that many" will encourage this move. Its abit strange its jumped back but I still loved the old style, though lots wont. I cant wait for it, trailer or demo at least.

    Leaked screens are linked on this page too;

You don't know how bad of a move this is going to be.
Just when gamers are like "Yes no more WWII FPSs!!"
    they pull this.

Oh well, at least they have a Katana now. And the graphics looks great.

    My Opinion:

Well, I should start with that I dont play many shooters of the simple reason: CPU's are the biggest noobs ever. I only have CoD4 and RainbowSix Vegas, because there are many people online. But I prefer swords and guns, so I play Shadowrun, and I played Gunz awhile.

    About CoD5:
Looks great, like every CoD game. But to bad they changed back to WII, WII-theme gets kinda boring. And they have to add a few more online games, like King Of The Hill. And more customisations for your online character.

They should do some futuristic stuff, and add lasers. And on top of it all, have to battle Aliens. Osh-Halo3

But seriously, i actually really liked COD4 in the very short and limited amount of time i played with it. There aren't many games that have to do about, well, now and too many games on WWII or WWI. I mean, we know how the whole thing went down since we played so many fucking games about it, why not a change of pace? A different story?

    Urgh.

    WWII, again...

I hope it's as good as CoD4, and the graphics look above par, the flamethrower and swords look good, but are Infinity Ward making it?

This game is being made with the same engine as cod4, and hopefully Treyarch learned from their mistakes from cod3.

I'm pretty sure that this is title's name is cod world at war, and then one after that made by the original guys will be named cod 5

    Re: Call of Duty 5

I don't know, I've already got a bad feeling about it due to Treyarch being behind it. Its like the splinter cell series, with the different groups, SC 1 and 3 were good, but 2 and 4, not so much. For CoD, 1 was not the best, but really old, 2 was amazing, 3 kinda sucked, 4 was epic, will this one follow the pattern?

From the screenshots, it kinda looked, too overdone, like everything was too shiny, as if they were trying to overdue it. I hope its good, I'll definitely read reviews and probably rent it before I actually buy it.

    Re: Call of Duty 5

The development of CODs have always been passed around between studios. The new James Bond game is going to use the same engine is COD 4 too, Now that doesnt really mean to much its how its gonna get used. I loved COD3 the kar98 my favourite weapon, played on that more than 4 to be honest.

I'm an oldies fan, with MOH, and COD.

    "cod world at war"

Duh..kickass I did post the link.
