It's nice that you like it.

Too bad it's a waste of money IMO.

I don't see whats so special about this one.
They just based it on a band and there is no new features.
This is just like Jack said a waste of my money IMO.

I didn't know the song Mama Kin was on there, last time I checked it wasn't.. Awesome.

It's possible I'll rent it and use this guitar, but I'll wait until GH4 before I actually buy another one.

I don't like Aerosmith, therefore I won't buy this game. It's quite simple logic.

That's about all I have to say. Although, I have a question. Are the Aerosmith songs in the game predominantly hits, or do they have more of their blusey stuff on it?

    Guitar Hero:
They made a good game, it has songs, you have a guitar. Play the songs. Cool.

    Guitar Hero 2:
    More songs.

    Guitar Hero 80's:
    More 80's songs.

    Guitar Hero 3:
    More songs.

    Guitar Hero Aerosmith:
    More Aerosmith songs.

    Every other fucking Guitar Hero:
    More songs.

Why can't they just sell one game, and allow you to add songs to it?
Because they want you to pay more fucking money just for songs, they can't have you simply add onto your list of songs

    It needs to end eventually.

    QFT.

Although GH 1 is easiest, and 2-3 would be hardest IMO. I like the Musiclist from the second the most, but the third would easily be second. Seriously, though. I may just buy rock band, cause they may get download cont. for Wii, and that'd be nice.I also hear that they were going to do that for GH 3 too, but I'm not sure.

I really hope they don't fuck it up with GH 4, and just stop it there, but I know they won't, cause they are dumb. LOLS.
Stripes would be good camouflage, if tigers weren't bright orange.

    Re: Guitar Hero: Aerosmith

    I think I'll go more in-depth

Guitar Hero (more like a tech demo)
The most primitive, people didn't take it too seriously because it was a genre not meddled with. The graphics were mediocre and the songs weren't very popular. But with this harmonix knew what to do next.

    Guitar Hero 2
They improved the graphics a lot, and not only for the next-gen systems. The song choices had more of a rockstar feel to them and there were less covers than the first. It was a great hit on its christmas release. Harmonix added harder songs and was well received by critics.

    Guitar Hero Rock the 80's
This was nothing more than expansion but it was sold as a seperate game anyway. The characters were re-done to suit the theme and so were the songs, but in the end it was just a duplicate, and let's face it, nobody really wanted to dedicate their 2 hours+ of gameplay listening to eighties music. Harmonix however decided to take it one step further, drums and vocals. They sold their title to Neversoft so they could work on RockBand. Now with Neversoft in control they tried to expand the title.

    Guitar Hero 3
The gameplay was nothing more than a copy paste, but the songs choices were heavier and well-known which attracted a vaste audience. With this however they also brought in boss-battles (which were slightly controversial to critics) and multiplayer. The graphics and gameplay were literally a duplicate of the prequel, and the song's difficulty was overrated at times. The game received average marks for basically being average.

    Guitar Hero Aerosmith
Neversoft did the exact same thing done with rock the eighties, I think they should have thought about THPS (tony hawk series) before making this. But they didn't, they put the $$ first.

    Guitar Hero 4
They really want to look like Rock Band now, all I can say :|

I was considering just switching to Rockband when I saw that they added drums and vocals, but then I read into it and found that create a rocker, guitar, and song were going to be added. And the fact that create a rocker was going to be the same style as create a skater in Tony Hawk Underground games, I'm definitely going to get this one.

I really just wish they kept it guitar only, might as well call it Band Hero. Don't get me wrong, I'll still buy it with the drums and have some fun with it, but I have too many fake instruments crowding my room already, so I just hope that it's able to disassemble small enough to put away in my closet.

Y - Actually it disassembles but it gets annoying eventually. The biggest part of it is the sensor pads. and you can JUST buy the guitar if you want but you can't help but feel like you're missing out

No money atm but I do plan on getting it eventually. Haven't actually heard of a lot of those songs, so they must not be going with just the biggest hits.

And, it's like the 80s. No huge improvements; just more songs.
