    Red Faction: Guerrilla

This game is amazing. I'm only renting it, but it still is a great game. I don't think this thread has been made before so....

A third person open-world shooter. It takes place on Mars where you're trying to take down the EDF, who have total control over Mars. You have to take out certain EDF buildings to make the EDF loose contol over a certain areas of Mars. Everything is destructible, and the destruction adds a really fun element to the game.

I remember the first Red Faction, it was pretty cool. The second was a disappointment. And apparently this was too. I saw a gameplay video on Lickwid Swerds youtube, and thought it looked pretty cool.

I'll think about renting it, but I doubt I'll buy it.

    A bump, with content.

I just jumped on the PS3 bandwagon about 4 days ago, and I got this game with it. It's amazing. It's a perfect leap into seeing what PS3 is capable of. The destructive capabilities are amazing, and the memory of the game is incredible.

I spent about half an hour picking away at a huge bridge with my sledgehammer. All the small details of my destruction had been saved, I loved the slow destruction of a huge structure.

Amazing mission and free-roaming and playing capability. It's definitely a good game to choose, with what I can see as an original destruction system. I love being able to destroy literally everything.

The first red faction was pretty fucking legendary, it was also fairly hard.

I might get this if i venture into PS3 territory, but i'll probably be buying jacks 360, so that might be a no.

I used my sledge hammer and a car.

The last mission for Badlands and Oasis are pretty hard.

I would be good if they just made it a disk that didn't have to be installed, for computer that is.

Edit: One thing that bothers me is that you can't destroy rocks.
