    Super Mario Galaxy 2

Is anyone looking forward to this as much as I am?
If you have a Wii I advise you to get Super Mario Galaxy. It is close to one of the best games I have ever played.
And now theres the sequel. Which looks amazing.

Its one of my must haves this year.

Im quite happy I have an xbox now, but Galaxy and SSBB were pretty much the two games that were fun on wii. Maybe WaW. But this looks cool, looks pretty similar to the first tho

NMH 1-2, Madworld, SSBB, LoZ, Metroid Prime (1-3) and FPS games like the Conduit, Dead Space: Extraction, and Red Steel 2 come to mind. I could divulge further into the game list, but I'd rather not waste our time.

Seriously ipwnall, you're biasing a system that's full of wonderful games. The library doesn't have an excess amount of M titles. But there are many games that have achieved high ratings and record sales, worldwide.

Eh, the first one wasn't too great. My little brother had it, and he
was constantly asking for me to help him. It was repetive,
unoriginal, boring, and lame. I'm not looking forward to another
    one of these at all

This one looks awesome. The graphics are the same as the first (i'm sure), but the gameplay looks more spiced up and looks like alot of fun. Hope my friend buys this game so I can play.

Unoriginal as in: They don't think of new things for each level, and its Mario.
I've just played it way too much. You could argue that they are very different,
but the concept stays the same.
    • Mario runs.
      Mario jumps on things.
      Mario finds things.
Mario fights a boss and gets a star.

    I just don't like it.

I miss the 2-D Mario games. The 3-D ones just don't do it for me.

And that is somewhat how Zelda is portrayed considering you basically do the same thing, just with a new and different concept, but yet no one bitches about that. Each Mario game, despite the way the game is being portrayed as the same, usually if not always follow a different storyline like for example: Sunshine revolved around Delfino Isle and the FLUDD machine.

I own the first Galaxy however, so I'll probably end up buying this one because I really liked the first one, it was something new instead of the Mushroom Kingdom.
