    CS:S problem.

I can't connect to any lobbies, help me out guys. I've tried everything like reinstalling the game, I've tried to defragment cache files and it still won't work. Also, I reported this to steam months ago and they still haven't replied. I'm fucking pissed, I want to play with my friends.

Download this file and put it in your Steam>Steamapps>name>Counter strike source>Platform>config folder
replace the current file if there is one

There's three VDF files in the config folder, should I delete them all and put the master server file in it?

Edit: I deleted the current one and kept the others, opened the game and it still doesn't work. I'll defragment the cache files and see if it works, if not I'll just re-download it and hopefully it'll work.

Certain Steam issues may be corrected by renaming the ClientRegistry.blob and restarting Steam.

    * Completely exit from the Steam client.
    * Go to C:\Program Files\Steam (or the Steam directory that was specified during installation).
    * Locate ClientRegistry.blob and rename this file to ClientRegistryOld.blob.
    * Restart Steam to allow the file to be recreated.
    * Test the issue once more.

It is not recommended to delete the Old.blob as it may be used later to determine recurring issues.
I don't know if it helps for your problem, but I know it helps with a lot of problems with Steam.

Yes, and it can also help with download speeds.

Have you tried this with any other games?

Yes, it's a bump. Sue me, kill me, do whatever you want.

I've tried the thing pillow posted and it doesn't work. :/

    And no Picto, I haven't.
