    what should I upgrade?

I've had my computer for over a year now. I'm getting 500 $ on the 5th of may

    I have windows 7
    Intel i3-2120 cpu @ 3.33 ghz
    4 GB of ram
    a GTS 450
    direct x 11

I'm mainly using the computer for gameplay footage and gaming

I was thinking a graphics card update.
    what would you recommend ??

You should upgrade the cpu and graphics card. You'll be good with this and will leave you like 100 bucks left.

Don't get an i5-3570K unless overclocking, get a regular i5-3570.
Also i'de recommend this graphics card over Blaze's recommendation considering you can afford it - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 38566&SID=

If you have any spare you might want to consider upping the RAM - stuff like fraps tends to eat it up.

hmm I don't like the i3. I'd upgrade that to at least i5.

If you're upgrading your GPU don't upgrade to this.

7850 isn't significant enough of an upgrade to warrant an upgrade, consider getting a 7950 / 7970 if you can afford it.

Just get a 7970. But make sure your psu has 2 6 pin pci connectors. They're the black ones that go into the graphics card. If you do not have 2, you will also need a new psu, and that costs dollas
