Wow! I did this almost a year ago with my family. We all had a good time doing and I noticed a significant change my health.
I might have to start it up again.
I did it for about 3 days, then abandoned it and just started going to the gym instead.

Yeah, I completed this one time. It's a bitch to do but you can impress all your friends.
Tl;dr, not worth it.
Me and a gymrat friend of mine did this a while ago and it wasn't all that difficult. I'd really advise actually going to the gym and doing a workout program if you're going to do anything tbh.

The 100 push ups is waayyy too lacking in intensity. It's great if you're a scrawny nerd, but I took the initial test just now and got to 50 without collapsing, that means I start on week 3, at a silly low set count. They need to make a collumn for people who did twice as well as their highest count... :\
