    Survival Guy, Bear Grylls.

The guy from Man Vs. Wild on the Discovery Channel.

Well, if you watch it, you know he does some crazy stuff.

    Like:

    - Drink liquid from elephant poo. Lol, a piece of crap almost went into his mouth.
    - Eat raw fish.
    - Eat maggots straight from a carcass.
    - Drink his own urine.
    - Eat a live snake.
    - Eat a crucifix spider.
    - Eat a raw sheep eyeball.
    - Eat more raw fish.
    - Eat a scorpion.

I think there's more, so go check it out if you want to.

I think it's really amusing to watch him do all these things to show you how to survive in those scenarios.

    Yeah...

Oh, don't forget using a raw hide as a blanket. (He looked like a giant intestine, rofl...)

But, as for the dung...I'd rather do a rain dance =P

It all looks pretty real to me, especially the shit thing.

Besides, the point of the show is to show you how to survive in the environment.

Well, it probably is. Well, some of it.

I don't like Man Vs Wild as much as Survivorman....mostly because Man vs Wild has a camera crew following him...

If he asked for a candy bar, he'd probably get one.

Survivorman, the guy brings his own gear. Much more believable.

I like survivor man as well, but I just find Man Vs. Wild more amusing, even if it is fake. He just jumps into any thing he crosses to show you what to do.

The main thing wrong with man vs wild is that Bear doesn't have to deal with one of the worst parts of being lost:
Being alone. he's always got a camera crew there.

Survivorman is more 'realistic' if you want to call it that, but he does a ton of obvious stupid things on purpose to mess himself up and add more drama to the show.

Anyway, I prefer man vs wild out of the two, but I don't really like either a whole lot :P

Yeah, being alone would really bring down your morale.
I've heard Bear saying that he was experiencing loneliness, or something like that, on one of the episodes, but that is pretty much bullshit. Camera crew right there to comfort you.
