    Elephant's self portrait

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=He7Ge7So ... e=0&up_pre
    This elephant paints itself.

I'm not sure if it's real or fake, but it's damn awesome to see anyway.

    Re: Elephant's self portrait

oh i saw a bit of this on the tv a couple of weeks ago, it kept me interested for about ten minutes, but after about 20 minutes of watching an elephant slap out paintings and
middle aged people explaining how fascinating it was I just got bored and turned it off

and what a stupid video description. "can your elephant paint?" I don't have a bloody elephant or know anybody who does
    Hi.

It was long so I just skipped the the end, but it's not bad for an elephant...

Must've practiced the same painting with a trainer for ages

Better than me. Lol. It can't be fake, I don't really know a way that someone could fake a painting elephant, apart from 3D animation, but it would be pretty difficult to animate an elephant that realistically.

Apparently in one of the other videos you can see the trainer moving the elephant's trunk by it's tusks. I'm not sure if that's right or not but that's what one of the comments say.

Its no fake, but it wouldnt be THAT hard to fake it, considering im an amatuer at 3d i could get close to that.

No, what I mean by fake as a possibility is that...for most of the painting portion of the video, you only see a trunk. It could've been a guy with a trunk glove on for all we know xD
    I doubt it though <_<

It'd be funny if he could draw naked woman.

But yeah, I believe that is fake, no elephant could control a paintbrush so steadily, so I think some guy is controlling part of his trunk that is not seen in the video.

EDIT: Frozen posted one minute before me saying that D:

How is that funny? Cool, yes, but funny? No.
If all goes well, we will never have to worry about this bunny anymore.

Possibly could be fake but if it wasn't then I am amazed at how the elephants mind can relate to humans.
