    So obsolete and outdated, but a stepping stone in history.

    this is a cool animation, it was incredibly time consuming because he had to redraw the background every frame, as this was before animators used celluloids for backgrounds

    Wow! Considering the technology at the time, this was most definitely incredibly hard to make. It doesn't seem like much, but I certainly am impressed by this.

    People back then must have been amazed. I think it's great they preserved something like this.

    I can't believe someone would go to the effort of making that without celluloid. The water splash effect as well as the parts where the tree was eaten were just incredible to me. That was quite amazing to watch.
