    ^^Thats pretty cool haha..

I made something somewhat like the "Make Love In This Club" song by Usher, I figured I could just use the Euro Hero Synth's 1-3 and I took a sample from that actual song where Young Jeezy is going "Hey" and put that in there:

Heres the actual song if you want to compare:

Yeah, a bunch of hip hop producers are lazy asses I guess, they have millions of dollars worth of equipment and they use beats found in a simple Garage Band program haha..

I noticed when I export a song its saved as a .m4a and yours was an Mp3, howd you do that?

    Re: Song made with Garageband

I must admit, it sounds good, reminds me a lot of Korn with the seemingly low-tuned guitars, but I would advise possibly making the sound a lot less...flat. It does sound a little boring, and it could do with some kind of effects, maybe reverb or something.

Also, I would change the drum beat a little bit, if you get time, as it does sound relatively ok, but it contrast too much with the melody, you need a slightly simpler drum beat, maybe slow the existing one down against the track, or take out some of the beats, it would sound a lot better.

The keyboard melody that starts near the middle then cuts in every so often doesn't fit in very well, maybe make it lower, or remove it completely and stretch out the guitar parts.

I liked the bit near the end that sounded like some more traditional drums with the bass, it reminds me of Sepultura and their obsession with metal and world music. I think that you should extend that section and use it instead of the keyboard part, it would lead nicely up to the end.

Other than that, it sounds good, especially if it is one of the first songs you have made in Garageband.

I don't really know what to comment on. You managed to layer things onto each other so they didn't sound terrible. Around 1:20 there are some sour notes, but outside of that there isn't much to say.

I don't really know how to give an elaborate rating of a song made in garageband.
