    Audio Creating Programs

Does anyone here on Darkdemon know any programs that are less than a gigabyte big?

    Like
something that includes basic drums and importable guitar tracks.

I'm getting a laptop some time in the next 2 years solely for composing.
    (Subways jubz ftw) lol

but anyhoo I'd love a temp one for now.
    (Not something like Fruity loops)

Ezdrummer is awesome I've been using it since last year..it's kind of expensive though and if you're looking to torrent it might take a minute, it doesn't do guitars though obviously, but it's pretty intricate as far as drums go lol.

    Or here's an idea:
Why don't you BUY it, hey?

Also, I would say Ableton but it's HUUUGE, so maybe something like Reason would be better, but I dunno how much space that takes up.

Well, my dad is a proffesional musician. Has been for 30 odd years, now days he uses 'Cubase 4'. It is pro shit though. I had an older version, I learnt how to do the basics then lost interest. But, give it a go, it comes with lots of sound to get you started... (MEGA expensive).

    E: I'm guessing it's huge... though.

Why not something like Fruity Loops? I use FL Studio and it's pretty okay for drum beats, but you may want to import some samples.

(Then again, I don't know much about drums in general, so I'm not sure what you want. Vex's list above was pretty good)
