    Re: Best Vocalists

    Freddie Mercury of Queen
    Rob Halford of Judas Priest
    Chris Cornell of Soundgarden
    Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin
    Bruce Dickenson of Iron Maiden
    Ronnie James Dio of Dio
John Lennon / Paul McCartney of The Beatles
    David Gilmour of Pink Floyd

And ones I like, but they kind of have a love it or hate it kind of voice:

    Kurt Cobain of Nirvana
    Geddy Lee of Rush
    Dave Mustaine of Megadeth
Layne Staley of Alice In Chains
    Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters

I quite like Steven Tyler from Aerosmith's voice, but I know that some people don't so I dunno.
Another one that is powerful and sounds damn awesome live is Randy Blythe from Lamb of God.

Matt davies of funeral for a friend, kahn of kamelot, ronnie james dio, mike williams of the agony scene for the raw energy of his vox, and jamey jasta of hatebreed not for his vocal talent, but just the fact that he knows what's up.

Bruce Dickinson,Robert Plant andTarja Tarunen, ex vocal of Nightwish. And finally, Jack Black from Tenacious D. Also, little comment: Ozzy Osbourne is a shitty vocalist.

    Freddie Mercury - Queen
Paul Mcartney, John Lennon, George Harrison - The Beatles
    Billy Gibbons - ZZ Top
David Lee Roth - Van Halen
    Dave Mustaine - Megadeth
    Kurt Cobain - Nirvana
    Jim Morrison - The Doors
    Marc Bolan - T. Rex
    Bruce Dickinson - Iron Maiden
    Eric Clapton

My favourite would have to be Timothy B. Schmit, the bassist of the Eagles. His voice is amazing.
