    Electric Guitars

Alright guys, so I'm looking for a new electric guitar. Something smooth, like an Epiphone Dot, or Les Paul. I'm not so into heavier music, so Slashes and guitars of that sort aren't really my look. I'm looking for a decent guitar with at least decent action, hopefully in a package deal, with an amp and gig case for, at most, $500. If any one has any suggestions, or a website for me to browse for something in particular I'd really appreciate it. Thanks guys.

If you ever do get the money buy an Epiphone Dot, they are to die for. I've been in love with mine since I played it in the music shop.

If you are looking for cheap look into Tokai, they make great quality for incredibly low prices. Try for a Japanese make of Tokai, Chinese ones are el shit. Best thing about Tokai is the hundreds of different types, seriously they have an incredible range of sounds although some sound really bad, others sound incredible and sometimes they are only $700 odd bucks.

If you want a package deal, The Laguna pack is good. It is what got me started.

I have 5 guitars now but my favorite would have to be my Ibanez E-Gen18, paid a hefty $2865 for my baby and i just LOVE IT!

You don't have to be like me and spend a crazy amount of cash to get a nice guitar though, I actually got a new Fender Strat for $10 at a yard sell. ( Got to admit I made out like a bandit on that deal!)

But Yea, look at the Laguna pack, it has allot of real nice stuff in it to get you started!
    Hope I helped

I hope for the guy that was selling it, it wasn't a Fender Strat

It was a Fender strat squire, so it still a strat, just not a real good one. Good enough for me though,it's a $100-$150 dollar guitar that i got for TEN DOLLARS so i'm not complaining.

    Re: Electric Guitars

They have really poor wiring, or at least soldering. The nut for the jack port fell in so I unscrewed it and bam, fucking solder breaks and I have a useless guitar.
