Korn III: Remember Who You Are

EPIC new album by Korn in which they have gone back to their roots massively. Most bands cannot pull off such a feat - But Korn really pulled out all of the stops and have gone back to how everyone used to know them.

    This one works. ^

I'm gonna see Korn live in September, where they'll probably play a shitload off of Korn III.

I took a gander at the album and I thought it was somewhat of a disappointment, just like their last two albums. Granted, the album had a few good songs on it, but seriously, if this Korn's ideas of going back to their roots, then it's a funny joke because this was nothing like the old Korn, and it never will be unless they get all their old members back into the band in my opinion.

Never been a huge fan of Korn really. I liked the song 'Coming Undone' or something like that.

This new one was awful. Sounded like complete shit if you ask me.

I liked the part where they chugged and moaned about drugs and angst.

I love it when metal fans deny they like Korn, and then as soon as they get a chance to see them live they go mental :')

The music on the album is a grand improvement on the last two, I think the musicians themselves have really proven their skill. Coming out with some pretty awesome riffs, decent drumming, and as ever, a brilliant voice.

It sounds too much like they're trying to appeal to audiences of band like Slipknot, I can actually tell where they've incorporated shit that I've also heard in "All Hope Is Gone". I'll stick to the first album, in my mind it will ALWAYS be their greatest achievement.

I always here bad stuff about Korn, but I liked pop a pill. The singer really impressed me. I like that kind of free high and lowness, if that makes sense. I haven't listened to anything else by them, but this was a good first impression.
