    Thundercats 2011

The first episode came on today, and it was really good. The art and animation was top notch and Mumrah was actually pretty damn frightening when they revealed him. The story was told in a dark and adult way. Great so far, I say.

Wait, you mean to tell me that this remake wasn't mercilessly mishandled?

I regret avoiding its premier now.

I didn't know they were remaking Thundercats...I plan on watching every episode now though.

I actually saw it earlier today. I had high expectations for this show (what with it trying to redo the original), and I must say, it honestly help up pretty damn well. The art style and story was pretty damn cool. I'd actually recommend it to anyone who enjoyed the original.

    Re: Thundercats 2011

Where I loved Thundercats at a young age and all, I saw the premiere episode and some of my expectations were met with the 2011 reboot of the series. However, I can't help but feel that the original was better in my opinion. I loved the animation for the reboot and all, but it just doesn't have that feel like it did when it first came out in the mid-1980s.
