I actually think your first one was the smoothest of them all.

For the illusion, you need to make the inner circles move more slowly than the out ones. Either that, or have them all move at the same speed.

They're nice for firsts and that puke one was a good try at fullbody.

yeah, the first one and the puking one are really the only ones i worked on.
the illusion one i originally had the middle ones slower but then they weren't at the right spot when the animation repeated, so i had to make them faster so it wouldn't look really weird. oh and i was wondering, is there any way to duplicate a frame, so you don't have to copy and paste it into the next one?

the ground moves because i originally didn't have the ground there so the feet were landing on kind of landing on random spots but then i added a ground later, and had the ground stay on the same place as the feet

It looks like he's pushing a log under water! haha
Pretty smooth, though and the movements are getting there. wink*)

To copy a frame, make sure there are 2 blank frames after it. Then, go to the blank frame directly after the one you want copied and hit the merge button. It's the green and red icon that's way at the bottom right of the toolbar.
If you have anything on the frame after the blank one, they will both be merged(hence the name of the button) and it will end up looking terrible, so make sure there are 2 blank frames at the end!
