Ok, I tried taking some people's advice and started working on the "basics".
I worked on running and this is what I came up with.

liking the stuff, but i agree with plan boobah up there, your basics are kinda lacking, it's not just the easing, cos you pretty much got that, its just normal things like physics, the gravity in the animation, and little things like that, all i would say is to make a longer animation with all you can do in it, and really push the boat out, trying things that are new to you and seem hard at first.

all i can give advise on really, i hope this helps you.

    courtesy please?

I like your animations, it was smooth and great easing. They were some stiffness there.
I say that your Low Inter. Great job on your work though. Keep it up, I like to see more.

Really Liked the box one, High Borderline. Your almost there. Keep working making it just a tad less stiff and using more BG and maybe some blur lines.
    Courtsey?

    High Borderling?
I don't understand how its stiff though. I moved every joint every frame. I mean... I guess I'll work on it, but I don't see where it is stiff in that animation. If someone could kindly explain, that would be awesome.
