    well if i made it 5 it was to slow but if i make it 6 its to fast is there a way i can make it in between?

    Nope...Just make it 6, and adjust your animating to it...1/2 or 1/3 size, and 6/100 speed

    So I see that you are back.
    Well the animation, wasn't bad. but could use some work.\
    The arms of the guy that got punched, they went forward for apparently no reason. And there were a few other this that didn't look so good. But more than that, the animation itself laked sufficient easing, and was somewhat choppy. And the guys when they were falling should have kept speeding up. Instead of falling at a constant rate.

    that flip thinggy kinda ruined it.. delete the frames that you don't like...

    it took me a while to figure out that i could so if you don't know how then right click the frame at the top of ur pivot window and click delete...

    Way too fast, and that flip thing was uber-random. O_o Use more frames for smoother movements, and try to think what would happen in real life in terms of reactions, and how someone would "flip". For one thing, they wouldn't float in the air while rotating. There's a bit more to it than that, like bending the legs, jumping, moving the arms in such a way as to make the body follow through with the legs, and then gravity pushing down on the stickman. >_> *asplode*

    yeah the animation was alright but like ppl said the flip is really random and doesnt look right check out som tuts and use phoenixs tut http://www.darkdemon.org/viewtopic.php?t=13285 the nxt time u feel like doin a flip and ur animations should turn out better
