    first off,
    try hosting your animations
    save as a .gif
    and host them
    in these websites

    http://www.pivothost.org
    or
    http://www.imageshack.us

    also, his name is baha,
    anddd,
look at tutorails, you seem to have alot of flaws, and problems,
go to the tutorial section, and go to the master section or bahas master tut

    keep it up

    Thanks mattns helps a lot.
    So]Alright pic 1[saving anim]
    pic 2 [click save]
    pic 3 [choosing name]
pic 4 [the options for saving it at best quality]

    Hope that helps.
Click the names for the pics.
Also your movements need to be smoother.
    Here is an example.
The numbers represent the frame number.
And the darker the circle is the closer to the end or the beginning it is.

Hmm... i think your anis are quite stiff.

    1. have you looked through the master tut? I suggest you do because it can improve your anis by a lot.
    2. Work on stiffness. Try to move more than just a couple of joints at one time E.G. when you have your man walking, make him swing his arms and bob his head etc.
    3. Easing. Look in the master tut for a tutorial on this. Easing makes you anis smoother and less choppy and it also makes your anis look realistic!
    4. Realism. Maybe you could apply physics better to your anis. Gravity could have more affect and is great to use with easing. E.G. when the dart (or whatever it is :P) fires into the air, you could use easing to start the dart of fast then slow it down, and use easing to speed it up whilst it travels to wards the man. This adds good realism to your anis and will increase your skills.

Using these tips takes alot of practice, and some time. Basically, create more anis using these tips and your rank will go up.

    Hope i helped! ))(*
