When you are hosting animations on filenuke make sure that you have it set to "embedded picture." And not "downloadable file".

Also here is a tutorial on how to make direct links to images on filenuke.

Anyway, i think first of all, you need to learn how to use hosters, because people don't want to have to download your animation to see it, its just a waste of time, use image shack or something. Second, you are fairly good, but you still need to improve on smoothness. Keep up animating though, I see potential pwnage.

Not bad. You should work on smoothness, easing, stiffness.

Smoothness because your animations are kind of choppy so try making smaller movements in each frame.
Easing, because it helps make things look smoother, and better.
And your animations have some stiffness, try moving each limb in each frame. It doesn't have to be a lot but some. Like for example if you are making a guy punch someone then you should make his whole body move some net just his arm. You should move his back also. Things like that.

umm.... very nice for the elite of all noobs. the effects were a little off, but i liked the physics in the punching one. just keep working on stiffness for now.
