Way sloppy man. When you are in the gif properies, make the frames shrink by 1, and make the framerate at 6 or 7

    Um...

    They were random as heck...

    And kinda...i dunno...jumpy?

Smooth animations out by using more frames for each movement.
Also move each joint in each frame, and that makes animations look soo much better.

Well, theres alot of improvement, but its still not good. Dont make such large gaps between frames, for example when the guy with the basketball falls back to the ground.
Also, try simpler animations at the beginning. And simple sticks (well, not the default one, that ones crap). Then, when you feel youve grasped basic movements, use objects and simpler effects. Then complicated effects etc.
The most important thing for you to learn is easing and inserting more frames.
The random thing didnt bother me.
Its hard at the beginning, but you just keep on trying.
    Check out BaHas tutorial,

You need to work on stiffness a ton, and make things a ittle faster. I would suggest just reading through some tuts, you'll be good in no time! Courtesy Plx?
