    ummm, u have some potential, but u need to work on moving every joint in every frame, easing and basic movements. just work on it.

    I agree with vote. Work on basic movements and overall smoothing of your animations. I also have to agree with Highly on the cellphone animation. Wtf? Well I think that if you keep working on the basics you should eventually have the ability to make some pretty good animations.
