Well, work on everything you can. Read tutorials, study other animations. Oh, and you only get one thread here, so you may want to change the title of this one.

Work on anything that is everything, smoothness chopyness easing basic movements, etc.
There's loads of stuff in the tut's section so whenever you can go down there and check some of the threads out.

Well youre a begginer, so you need to start from the, well, beggining, but dont worry even the best have started from the bottom. Just keep animating and post when youve improved and its also a good thing you knew how to save this as gif and posted this anim here, I know youll improve into something great if you have potential and animate happily without pressure. Keep this updated!
