Its pretty stiff and choppy, and it looks like you accidentally hit next frame a few times or somethin, check some of the tutorials and youll get better!
If your just gonna post, "it sucks" why post it?

congratulations, you just wasted a minute of your day posting a useless comment...
Now if you have something to post other than "it sucks" then post it in my thread! Right here > http://www.darkdemon.org/viewtopic.php?t=24986

    Okay, first -

    Make more realistic movements.
    Take gravity into account.
    Use MORE frames per movement.
Move every joint in every frame.
Use effects (Screen shake, fades, blurs)
    Make some sticks!
Ease! (Starting a movement off slow, accelerating, and slowing to a stop)
    See some tutorials.

With all this aside, It's not the worst animation I've seen.

I animated like that when I started...and I just recently began to get better...

See Fraz+Nev's mini tuts in the pivot tutorial section. They help me a ton.

Courtesy? (Since I commented on your thread, could you comment on mine? Link is in the sig.)
