If you tied buttered toast to the back of a cat and dropped it from a height, what would happen?

Not bad, they are stiff. The latest one's physics were off, when he hits the ground, he stops, that didn't look very good. The flip was a little slow. Pretty good smoothness by the way, just work on that stiffness.

Hello. Responding to the pm.. sorry I couldn't get to it earlier. Below, is a list of what I think you need to work on. Bold text is click able.
    • 1. Stiffness. Just clicking on your first animation, I could tell you need a lot of improvement with this. Basically, the red dots you move on your stick, are called joints. These joints have to move every single frame, even if it might seem out of place. The thing is, you want them to ease (see next tip) so the stick doesn't appear spastic. I suggest Fraz's in-thread stiffness tutorial for a further understanding.[/*:m:1ofpkxcb]
    • 2. Easing. This is a very important technique, also known as spacing. It is used to make a less 'choppy' animation. What you need to do, is start a movement slow, speed up, and slow down again. Just put in mind, that it is not applied everywhere. I advise you check out LF2Master's spacing tutorial.[/*:m:1ofpkxcb]
    • 3. Following the onion skin. I saw your 'flying' animation, and though I am going to advise flying more like this, I want you to trail in your onion skins, for a smoother look. This technique takes a while to explain though, so I will just tell you to go here.[/*:m:1ofpkxcb]
    • 4. Blood. Watching your 'spine rippy' animation, I noticed that you use a pre-made stick for blood. This, is not a very good idea, especially if you just place it there and not make it from multiple sticks. You might not understand what I am talking about, so I suggest just going to advise Fraz's blood tutorial.[/*:m:1ofpkxcb]

I'm sure you will need help with other things in the future, but for now, I suggest looking through this, and trying to imrpove.

mmm... good, but in the flying part, the stick move too rustic, try to make he move soft, anyways you are a med beginner, try to learn the basics, and learn the fly tut, is you wanna make more fly videos
