Umm... Okay. Since that was your first, I shouldn't be so harsh. But, the movements were way off. But fear not, there are tuts you can take for movements. The best movements in the whole anim was probably the wave. And please, don't test with zombies until you're better. Right now, you're a low beginner. ): Keep trying though.

That was way too choppy and slow. Make your stickmen hold the guns by the handle rather than on the edge of the handle, and the bullets should move a lot faster. Actually, everything should move faster. Check out some tuts and try moving more than one joint at a time.
    Courtesy?

its called easing... i've only just got the hang of it myself.

its when you make small movements at the start them make them bigger as it goes, the slow them down again

    good for a beginner,
i've just started too and we're at about the same level.
so just keep on working with the easing and the walking,
after a while you should be getting alot better.

the wall flip is alright but he needs to look in a better position for running and should tuck in for a flip like in this animation
    http://img517.imageshack.us/img517/7226/flipstp7.gif

The frontflip has the right shape in a ball but the walking needs to be worked. Tutorials can help you no problem in this area.

You have idea just need practice keep studying tutorials and practicing basics and youll do well

good job though so far for a newcomer
