    low begginer adn idc if you started two days ago, they are very choppy, extremely stiff adn really bad physics, look at a tut or something, you can only get better

    Read up on some tuts and junk.

    The biggest tip you need now:

    MOVE JOINTS LESS!

    Make the motions SMALLER between frames. Don't make the character jump half way across the screen.
