    Yeah, he gave good advise there. When moving something, think about how it would move in real life. If a stick hit the ground, it should not be still. He shoulkd bounce big, then smaller and smaller, till to can barley see him moving, THEN he lays still.

    yes i agree because it makes it look unreal...gravity still exist so try and use it in animations
