stiff no easeing and really choppy.. and not good phyics
first of easeing is really simple well no is not its easy to understand wat it is but not put in your animations first off lets tell you the meaning of easeing.
easeing is when you start your movements slowy then gain speed then slow down again this makes your animations look really smooth and if no easeing added it causes stiffness.
    |-|--|----|----|--|-| theres an example of easeing
also stiffness~ stiffness is when the joints are moved it a really werid way also as i just said no easeing will cause stiffness.
phyics~read a scince book study how people do a flip walk into a wall and see what happens your hands go up as a reaction your head tilts back as you have hit it..
bounce a ball it won't bounce once and stop no it will bounce many times lower n lower until its reached the bottom.
choppy~is when the animations just looks bad and rubbish really its unsmooth and no easing and theres just so much randomness init.. and also bad fighting etc causes choppyness..
all of these things you have stiffness and choppyness and no easeing and bad phyics
i am not trying to offend you but help you..

Well, thats completly sums it up and takes the words right out of my mouth.
But when you make an animation make sure with each and every frame move each joint of the figure at least once doesn't matter if its just little. Add lots of easing to you anims and it will make it look lots better, And try and make your animations look more realistic, Trust me on this, i know you've read tutorials, don't just skim them, read everything study every detail and read it again, then to the next one, seriously it will improve you.
