    Good but very stiff, and unrealistic, Use more easing too. But with it to make it un stiff, move each joint in each frame. It looked un realistic because his back doesn't move while he's flipping, and he doesn't tuck in. lol

    Work on the Basics or watch some tutorials that can help you.
    And the flip try to bend his body a bit more and don't space to much.

    Well it was very stiff and choppy, and uneased a lot, his body should move faster in the air. also try not to make your sticks feet slide across the floor, it looks really bad. so yeah just run some tests and study Baha's ultimate tutorial
