    It's a bit choppy, but it's good for a all-new beginner.

Uuhhh, not too bad for a new guy. Look at Baha's and Runeth's tutorials to clear your current flaws up. Still, keep on animating!

You need to smoothen your animations out, and make them less stiff. Needs more fluid movement. I would say low-med, but more inclined to low beginner. Not bad for a newbie though.

Re: Hi, I'm New here whats my Skill?

Nice, but your anims are stiff, choppy and un-eased, to eliminate stiffness you move every joint in each frame, even if its a little bit, but not in a weird way so that it move one way then the other, Also use easing to Get rid of stiffness. Easing is when you move the joint like so |-|--|---|----|---|--|-| not |-|-|-|-|-|-|-|, so it starts so and speeds up then slows down to a stop, | = frame, -= Pixels, but make it a bit more like 1 pixel then like 10, 20, 40, 20, 10, 1
Overally low-med beginner, nice for new though

U can't create an Topic in inter, unless your a inter, your still a beginner u'll have to wait till u get better and when an Admin or some one moves you up.
Edit 2:You are low-med beginner. Keep working on easing to make your animations smoother. And Snigge i was just answering he's question if he could make an topic in the inter area.
