Please let me know what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it.

Joy, my computer has gotten screwed up twice now and lost all my pivot files, so I quit on the Kicking animation, I am starting up a Joint with my bud Redshift though. I don't know how long it will take though, school and stuff being crazy for me as they are now.

    Hm not bad, at all.

you have tons of potential, just your anims are a little stiff(maybe because of the default)

i would stop using it, it tends to make your animation look not as good.
i really liked the try of effects you did, even though it was hard to tell what it was, maybe add a little color?

Nice job, courtesy returned( BTW love the comment you gave me <3)

    EDIT:
also dont make his arms spin like on the new one, its kinda unrealistic

your animations have a ton of potential for sure....like the ideas in mostly all of them were pretty creative, you definitively have a really creative mind.........just worki on everything i think....like everyone else always says just work on your smoothness and easing

    Re: Redshift's Animations

Thanks guys! I've tried a bunch of times to make myself a stick, but they always turn out retarded lol. On the older ones I had a stick I had made right, yet, alas, my computer crashed three days ago and I lost all my files (except those on Pivothost).
If you find the time, would anyone be willing to help me make a basic Stick? Pleeease? :P

By the way, why is your name purple Matt?

    Re: Redshift's Animations

easing is your major problem. in your currents projects animation the trail was in the wrong place, and when he was rotating his arms they should of got faster and faster, it looked more mechanical than realistic. I have no idea what to say about your movements, their completely random so its hard to judge them properly.
Heres a basic stick for you to use too. Don't bother giving me credz for it, its only a quickly made base. Unless you want to.

And matt james's name is purple because he has bought the vip upgrade

    Re: Redshift's Animations

You should pretty much work on easing and stiffness. Try to find your own style of animating.
    On the newest.
The kick was really nice but the ball throw was kinda crappy, work on realism.

    Re: Redshift's Animations

your newest one is your best one,
you should work at your stiffness, physix ( see phoenix physix tutorial )
    and easing ( |---|--|-|-|-|-|--|---| )

    keep it up

(try to make a medium fight animation,
i can't realy rate you on this ones)

    courtesy?

Was good, but think about it realistically, when you throw something do you spin your arms round like that? picture yourself doing it and apply it to your animations!
Nice work though, ball throw was good!

    Re: Redshift's Animations

Lol, I know what's realistic, I'm just messing around. To spin his arms like that he would've had to dislocate them both...several times...lol. But thank you all, I will return your Courtesy, but at the moment I have to go somewhere.
