    Well to start off, welcome. Concerning the animation, you shouldnt make such huge jumps in poses for the stk figure each frame. Slow it down and make smaller movements each frame. And think about what you want the stick figure to do before you actually animate it(be it a walk, kick, spin, anything).

    i would look at the tutorials section or to the adopt a begginer(noob) section to get help
    that way you could turn out like bert or any other vets ))(*

    Nah, that was ok. Just, when doing punch, when the other hand comes to front, move other hand to back.
