    sorry dude but low beginner.....

work on everything stiffness, easing, choppiness and just make sure that something is moving in every frame and also dont just move one thing in a frame like one arm moves down then the other but other than that the effects were pretty good

The animation was very choppy and uneased. Look at some tutorials Here. Make some tests for specific movements and effects. It works. Also, move every joint every frame to reduce stiffness, and make the animation look a lot better.

first of all, that was actually cool, if you made it smoother, alot more people would enjoy it more though. Easing makes the movements smooth and somewhat realistic. Move each joint (the red dots) like this: l-l--l---l--l-l. Thats how i do my easing, but its still hard for me to implement it into my movements. I hope this helped. For further help, check out some tuts.

Well, go see dat Pivot Tutorial Masta List :3.

You have good ideas, but you lack:

Good .stks: Your using defaults and simple rounded lines.

    Easing:
    Try this:
    Normal: |-|--|---|----|---|--|-|
    Heavier: |-|--|----|-------|----|--|-|

    Choppiness:
Keep movements in the onion skin.

    Stifness:
    Move every joint every frame

    Blood:
    Example:
    First use a line: -----
    then this: -- ---
    then this: o - --
    then this: o -
    last: o

    Legend:
    O=a little ball
    -=A line.

Putting the sword in his hand might help too. other than that pretty good for a person new to pivot.
