Doesn't work. When you click the link, it brings you to an error on animator host. Here is a tutorial on how to do it, courtesy of Old Valiken.

There is better way of doing it than that.
    1. Save as a .gif
    2. When the .gif settings box comes up, change the frame rate to 6 and uncheck merge.
    3. Go onto http://www.**********.com and click upload. Find the .gif image that you just saved.
    4. Upload it, then copy the direct link code that has the .gif file extension at the end, and paste it in your thread.
    Piece of piss really.

But I suggest putting a gif cuz noone likes to download it.

Low beginner, work on stiffness, choppiness, movement, physics.

I would kill you, but i'd rather lock your thread to be honest.

Keep all future animations in your other thread.
