It's good, but, it's hard to give CC to someting that doesn't specify what to CC on! But, you need to work on smoothness, eyes went fast, and the easing and spacing of his arms. Fix that and your good. No rank too little an animation.

Incredibly simple 3D, most animtors above med begginer could do that in about a minute, try something more challenging to get your rank up.
Obviously this wasn't a stiffness test, however I would say ease more as it is choppy.
