i think your anims are improving, though i still think u r low beginner, u should use bahas tutorial, it would really help ur smoothness problem.

You need to work on easing, phyiscs, and stiffness.
Easing is basically when a object gradually speeds up then gradually decreases speed.
Physics are hard to explain because alot of people have a different opinion on how to animate this so I suggest you look at some tuts because I'm not really good at explaining thing like this xD.
You can fix stiffness by moving every joint every frame, even if it's the tiniest movment.
It's harder but worth it in the end.

very nice, very cool sticks used =D
stiffness is your greatest weakness, you did "alright" with easing but it can improve, physics takes lots of practice, the more animations you make, the more you'll get used to physics, you'll understand how to make an object fall, how fast to move it etc. later on when you start learning how to spot it. tuts would be a big help on makeing you learn faster so that is a great idea! He's right, even when a guy shouldn't really move that much he should still move a really little bit! It makes the animation look a whole lot better!
Great job, overall the animation was pretty nice

You are improving from your last anis you've made.
But you still really need to work on the basics.
    Especially easing, stiffness, and smoothness.
But your effects are pretty good.
Try to make your own though, using other
peoples doesn't give you as high of a rating.
I liked your ideas and creativity.
Just keep practicing and you'll get better.
