    well first of all its very stiff and choppy, try to move each joint like it would be in real life, when you get high beginner add easing and effects such as heavy spacing, elements, 3d and slomo (double frame), for now low beginner, if you have any questions pm me

    very good for your first animations.
    Of course, you still need to practice alot, and maybe watch some tutorials.

    You have to learn to ease cause those were terrible, no offense but it would be a great animation if you were good enough but till then go slower and look up some tuts

    like go to the tutorial section And find at the top Baha's master tut it helps loads.

    I can see ur still learning the basics of pivot, so i wont go all crazy on you.. the only thing i can really say is look at some tuts, download pivot files and study the frames (sounds time consuming but its really not) it helps alot.

    Well your really stiff you gotta move almost all the joints to help the stiffness,
